Our ordering process is designed to provide you with the variety of Pacific Plug & Liner plants you want, in the sizes you need, from the brokers you trust, on your schedule.
Ordering
All of our plants are available exclusively through PP&L’s trusted broker network. See below for a complete list of our broker partners.

Production Guidelines
When choosing your quantity of plants, we offer 162-cell, 128-cell and 72-cell liners in our Perennial and Grass programs, although we do not carry all sizes in every variety.
For select varieties, we offer quick-turn 50 and 32-cell. Specialty plants are offered in a 102-cell.
Lead times vary by variety and tray size. For most products, the lead time can be calculated by adding the crop time + 3 weeks needed to secure inputs. Tissue culture product lead times can be as long as 12 months. For lead time by variety, please see our full product listing.
PP&L does order in speculation on tissue cultured items, but we encourage contacting customer service for orders up to 12 months in advance so orders can be placed to meet customer needs. When a product is not shown on availability for the time desired, we will custom grow the product.
Order Timelines & Minimums
PP&L order timelines are designed to provide the best possible regional and national service options for multiple order sizes. The cutoff is Tuesday, 9PM Pacific Time.
Overnight delivery is available same week and multiple delivery services are available for the following week. Freight orders are pre-paid and billed to the customer and pallet shipping via refrigerated truck is available for orders with a 50-tray minimum.
We also require a minimum for each order placed, which varies as follows:
• “Grow-to” orders: 2 trays per variety
• “Grow-to” orders (specialty, tissue culture and grasses): please inquire
• Availability orders: 1 tray per variety
Order Changes & Claims
Each of our plants is grown to order for our customers. Therefore, cancellations and adjustments may only be accepted three weeks prior to sticking or sowing of plant material. We are unable to accept cancellations after plant material has been sown or stuck.
If there is a problem with your order after it has been delivered, please notify your broker immediately with details and photos.
